You must contact Annie Lee's Art Gallery's customer service via email
(annieleearts.com) or fax us at (702) 435-4001 within 5 days of receiving a
damaged item. All packaging must be kept. Do not return any items without
contacting the gallery first. We will instruct you at that time on where to
send items and give you a Return Merchandise Address (RMA) number.

Defective items will need to be returned within 10 days. If you do not contact us
within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, Annie Lee's Art Gallery will
not be held liable.

defective can be returned with a RMA number for replacement through the
